If you're tired of your usual makeup routine and want to switch things up without going to any extremes, the answer is simple. It all lies in your eyeliner! The best way to achieve a new look is by changing your eyeliner style. It’s the fastest way to look different without really making a drastic change. Better yet it's not permanent. You can change your eyeliner style easy and you can see which one compliments your face the best. Here, Shonagh Scott of ShowMe MakeUp shows us how it’s done. Grab your favourite liner and let’s get to it.
Here’s the list:
Eyeliner style #1- This look is the most basic and can work for the daytime when you want to look natural but still polished at the same time.
Eyeliner Style #2- A simple flick can add drama without looking too intense. This look is still work appropriate and can go from a day to night time look.
Eyeliner Style #3- This style make the eye pop by making it appear larger. The lines are drawn all around this time, to make for a dramatic outline. A great style for dinner dates or a fun night out with friends.
Eyeliner Style #4- This is a similar version to style 3 but this time the lines are drawn a bit thicker for much more drama and intensity. Definitely a great style for nights when you want to look bold and fierce.
Eyeliner Style #5- A very similar look to #4, this time the wing is extended and the lines on the upper and lower lash line is extended making it bolder. This look is great for people who want their eyes to appear bigger.
Eyeliner Style #6- This double cat eye style is as dramatic as it can get. A great look for partying and other special occasions when the vampy look is a must. Just go easy and line your eyes with light strokes. It’s easy to thicken along the way.
Finish off these styles with Bella Eleganze's The Lash Mascara for a full on diva lashes that will compliment your new eyeliner style. Remember to go easy with the lines and not to draw with heavy strokes. Just have fun and experiment and see what suits your face the best.
